At various points throughout this process -from placing a job ad to engaging a candidate with an offer- the Scout Talent platform empowers its users to send out branded communications.

Scout Talent :Recruit enables users to send notifications of receipt of applications, succession to interview, behavioural testing, as well as unsuccessful application notifications. Not only is it best practice in the talent technology space to send out regular, branded communications to keep candidates engaged and afford them respect, but it is the default for Scout Talent. Our client success specialists set up a new :Recruit user so that the default is to send out “application received” emails, as well as other application status updates.


2. EVERY UNSUCCESSFUL APPLICATION RECEIVES AN OUTCOME EMAIL. SMS OR OTHER WRITTEN COMMUNICATION

Every new user is set up with their :Recruit software such that, by default, candidates receive regular status updates on their application process, including after online or phone assessments. These communications are delivered in writing on branded templates to uphold the user’s employer brand.
 
4. EVERY CANDIDATE INTERVIEWED FACE TO FACE OR VIA LIVE VIDEO MUST BE PROVIDED WITH A VERBAL OUTCOME / FEEDBACK.  FOR BULK / HIGH VOLUME RECRUITMENT ONLY, A WRITTEN OUTCOME / FEEDBACK CAN BE PROVIDED AS AN ALTERNATIVE
